Every Shade Of Food is my blog where I share recipes which helped me transition into becoming vegan which I have now been for over 2 years and I want to share what works for me and also share how this lifestyle has had an impact on my overall health. I also share how I am trying to recover from being burnt out due to work related stress and what I am doing to overcome that step by step.
