I've worked in hospitality and the food sector for over six years now, with my current full-time position being part of a French bakery's sales team in London. I also work part-time as a pastry chef at Fallow restaurant in the city. My love for food finds a creative outlet in my website foodandtunes.com, and it is the domain through which I share original recipes and songs to accompany them. The website itself came about through a simple belief that food and music are the two of the greatest pleasures known to mankind. Without sounding too cliché, I spend nearly all of my time thinking about the next recipe to create, perfect, photograph, and of course, to eat!
