shaved brussels sprouts (you can buy them preshaved at trader joe's.)
grape tomatoes
frozen organic peas
frozen spinach (fresh would also work fine.)
cauliflower
garlic
himalyan pink salt, or to taste
cracked black pepper, or to taste
turmeric
parmesan cheese
